Quick Yam recipe..
So healthy and yummy

Ingredients
Yam [3 medium Slice]
Onions [ small size]
Carrots [ 2 medium size]
Green Beans [ 5 ]
Green Peas [ 1 cup]
Cauliflower [1 small size]
Fresh Spinach [2~ Handful]
Peanut butter [ 1/2 Cup] or lean meat [1 Cup]
Dill Seed [ 1/2 Tsp. or 2.5 ml]
Thyme [ 1/4 Tsp. or 1.2ml]
Salt [ A pinch] .. ❌❌.. PLEASE DO NOT ADD SALT, IF YOUR BABY IS LESS THAN A YEAR❌❌
Preparation
Cut the yam into small chunks
Get your vegetables ready. Wash, peel and chop
Instructions
Cook the yam + onions
Add your veggies [carrot + green beans + green peas]
Season with dill seed and thyme. Cover the pan and cook almost it’s almost done
Once it’s almost done, add in the cauliflower. Cook for 10 minutes!
Add in two handful of fresh spinach. Cook for only 2 minutes!
Allow to cool, then transfer to a blender. Add in peanut butter or lean meat or [chicken]. Process to your desired consistency adding little broth water!

Storage
Transfer to an air tight container. Store in the fridge for 2-3 days or freezer up to 2 months 😀
