Make sure you have already introduced baby to semi-solids, before trying out this recipešš¾

Ingredients
Whole brown bread ~ 1 Slice {peel off the crust}
Banana [1]
Babyās milk [breastmilk or formula]
Preparation
In a blender or food processor, add in the bread + banana + babyās milk.
Process [puree], adding babyās milk till you get to your desired consistency !

From 8 Months
Ingredients
Whole brown bread [ 2 slice]~{peel off the crust}
Carrot [1 medium size]
Green Peas [1/3 Cup]
Instruction
Steam the carrot and green peas, until they are soft
Preparation
In a blender or food processor, add in the bread + steamed carrot & green peas + babyās milk.
Process [puree], adding babyās milk till you get to your desired consistency !

Ingredients
Whole brown bread
Egg [1]
Sardine [use just one fish]
Instruction
Boil the egg for 12-15 minutes
Preparation
In a blender or food processor, add in the bread + cooked boiled egg + sardine + babyās milk.
Process [puree], adding babyās milk till you get to your desired consistency !
