Make sure you have already introduced baby to semi-solids, before trying out this recipešŸ‘‡šŸ¾

Ingredients

  1. Whole brown bread ~ 1 Slice {peel off the crust}

  2. Banana [1]

  3. Baby’s milk [breastmilk or formula]

Preparation

  • In a blender or food processor, add in the bread + banana + baby’s milk.

  • Process [puree], adding baby’s milk till you get to your desired consistency !

  • serve with love šŸ˜„šŸ„£


From 8 Months

Ingredients

  1. Whole brown bread [ 2 slice]~{peel off the crust}

  2. Carrot [1 medium size]

  3. Green Peas [1/3 Cup]


Instruction

  • Steam the carrot and green peas, until they are soft


Preparation

  • In a blender or food processor, add in the bread + steamed carrot & green peas + baby’s milk.

  • Process [puree], adding baby’s milk till you get to your desired consistency !

  • serve with love šŸ˜„šŸ„£

From 10 Months

Ingredients

  1. Whole brown bread

  2. Egg [1]

  3. Sardine [use just one fish]


Instruction

  • Boil the egg for 12-15 minutes


Preparation

  • In a blender or food processor, add in the bread + cooked boiled egg + sardine + baby’s milk.

  • Process [puree], adding baby’s milk till you get to your desired consistency !
